Iva Kravitz

IVA KRAVITZ has been marketing creative services since 1986, working with architectural, interior, graphic, lighting and landscape designers in expanding their businesses. Iva is known for her integrity, intelligence, curiosity and high energy, as well as for an extensive address book that weaves through New York’s design and real estate communities. She is a committed public citizen, actively engaged in her work as well as in serving several non-profit groups.

Iva has lectured to the ASID New York Chapter, the Chinese American Real Estate Association, Surface Design Association National Conference, Surtex for George Little Management and the Fordham Business School, and moderated public panels for SMPS and the AIA. Publications include SDA Journal, Food Arts, Healthcare Design magazine and Oculus, the NY Chapter newsletter of the AIA. She is an active member of the Center for Architecture, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Development Group, the New York Chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and Co-Chair of the Programs Committee of CREW New York. In 2009 she was recognized with the AREW Founders Award for dedicated service to the organization. Iva is also a founding Director of the Lauri Strauss Leukemia Foundation and on the Steering Committee of The Thorntree Project.

Iva graduated from the University of Vermont, which included a junior year spent at the Universite de Nice. She has done additional course work at Harvard University, New York University and the Steven Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College. She has been a registered real estate salesperson in New York State.
